First Flight Couriers — Consignment casually misrouted

We are a Corporate Client of M/s First Flight couriers and we are so offended by the manner in which we are being serviced.
A consignment with Ref No. D[protected] for Kanpur was sent dated 25.10.2016 if we track we observe that it is still in transit.
When inquired at local office on[protected], we were informed that the consignment was "Mis-routed to Pune instead of Kanpur".

It was a very urgent packet and such a in professional behavior will lead to dissatisfaction of services.

We want the clear status of this by tomorrow morning positively.
