We are trying to locate our parcel which was suppose to deliver on 10th June'16 but No asnwer from First Flight team. No response on email + phone number available on WebSite is continuously busy. Pathetic customer care service by First flight, 7 days passed no information about parcel and nobody even bother to reply to mail or contact over phone, also Customer care number provided on First flight WebSite is out of order.
