Dear First Flight I used your service to sent my parcel to Bhopal on 29.06.2016. But unfortunately it did not reach there. And i was reported that it was lost in transit on 11.07.2016. It was very dissapointing and heart broking. i called your office so many times; thr was no response. Very poor service and staff is so rude. My items worth Rs. 4005 is lost i went through complete mental stress because of you people. please look into the matter and contact me. waiting for response eagerly.
