First Flight Couriers — COURIER MISSING

Sir/Mam, I was sent a courier on 14/oct/2014 from Pune to Roorkee(Uttarakhand) with consignment no. M[protected] which I should have received by now but there is no clue where my courier is gone, Your online site is not even showing where it is...I made all possible way to search it I went to your Roorkee office and they even dont have any details PLEASE PLEASE help me in recieving my COURIER ASAP as it contains very important thing for me

my bank pin courier was sent through first flight courier AWB A [protected] on 6th may, still i have not received my courier. i have tried to contact them personally at begumpet office, and MG road office but no response. i have called them couple of times but no use. Now they are saying it is been dispacthed to another address without any verification. This is very irresponsible thing of first flight that courier is been given to other person without any verification.
