Dear sir,
Please find attached the dispatch courier airway bill number for a courier which was dispatched from gurgaon on 29/01/2018. Its more than 15 days now, the courier has not been delivered.

I am approaching the consumer court with my grievance as nobody is responding to my query. It needs to be informed that the courier was having important original documents which has been lost and it will gravely affect and damage me monetarily.

I await your earlier response. I have already sent so many reminders in this regards.
