[Resolved] First Flight Couriers — Courier Not Delivered - B991L0099311 | |
Hello,
I have been ordered the electronic item called as hard drive(Seagate 1TB Desktop Internal Sata Drive (ST1000DM003)) on 8th Aug.
It has been dispatched on 12th Aug. I have been received a call from first flight to come and collect the parcel. I went to Gobi and they said, we are trying to find your item and please come and collect tomorrow.
I went there on very next day and they said, it has been missed. Please order another one and it is not going to be delivered.
But the delivery status is showing as delivered on 25th Aug in first flight online website and attached the screen shot of this. Also attached the snap order and this is also showing the order status as delivered.
I did not received any parcel and i am not getting any response from first flight as well as snap deal.
