First Flight Couriers — courier not delivered pending from 6 days no status updated

One parcel has been dispatched form rewa on 24th of august but same not delivered to me in pune yet.
I have tried customer care no. and mailed them regarding this but not get any revert.

This parcel contains some expensive product I need it urgent.
first flight should atleast update the status online but status is also not updated.

I fed up with service I have tried all customer care no. but no one is contactable.

NSDL Placed a courier on 20.08.2018, AIRWAY BILL NO:M991Q4177362 but till date we have not received our courier.

Please deliver the same on urgent.

NSDL have placed a courier on 20.08.2018, but till date I have not received any courier.

So, I request you to please deliver the courier as soon as possible.
