First Flight Couriers — Courier number U[protected] not delivered

Courier number U [protected] was despatched from Barbil Odisha on[protected]. i kept waiting and checking but status was mentioned in transit. After many days the tracking was mentioned contact not available which is not true as me or my wife is always at home. no body telephoned me about the courier reached at mohali. without informing me packet was returned which caused harrassment to me as it contained medicine.i request for strict action against courieroffice/agent at mohali for not deliveringor informing me and giving incorrect information.Regards Vijay saini mobile [protected]
