First Flight Couriers — damaged courier delivery | |||||
I have recieved a courier from Pathankot to Hyderabad with I991B1496572 as a tracking ID. I am regretfull to inform that the courier was in a really bad shape with couple of rat bites which makes the entire package damaged. The amount of trust that we have on first flight is completely shattered and am not sure weather the services have gone so bad that there is no concern about the customer satisfaction. I have contacted the customer service couple of times and they simply rejected the call because, it is not thier responsibility. Please find attached the images Was this information helpful? | |||||
