First Flight Couriers — delay in parcel delivery | |||
Dear team, I received from letter from chennai to bhubaneswar with tracking id no. C[protected]. The letter received in bhubaneswar office on 27th as per the tracking reference, i thought of receiving on 27th but didn't so waited for 28th nov i didn't receive my letter, i tied tracing the number of buhubaneswar hub all are not reachable. Some how with help of one of the colleague he was having the number of chandrasekharpur branch. I called him he said due to non availability of courier boy we couldn't dispatch. I said okay deliver on next day because i need to submit those documents to some other firm. He said okay i didn't receive on 29th nov. Finally i personally went to office on 1st dec and got the letter. Person who is sitting is saying due to non availability of courier boy we couldn't submit the same in an unethical way. My question is why the customer is preferring private agency to sent our letters and parcel etc. We are liable to receive those documents at our door step but first flight has failed the same. Has this is the way of first flight and person who is sitting in office responses. Request if the team can take necessary improvements and explanation on the subject will be great full.
