First Flight Couriers — delay in priority delivery

Consignment booked on thursday 3rd august and i was ensured that 99% it would reach by friday but their delivery is so fast that even saturday passes by. Now they tell it would finally reach on tuesday, then why you people book consignments on priority basis charging such hefty amounts when your commitment is as shallow as your service.

Also tell please which means of fast service you adopt that it takes 40 hrs to reach from ahmedabad to jaipur.

Not deliverd at the adress on time .it should be delivered at the adress on time otherwise should be informed.
