I have not received any proper confirmation on which date i will get my packet

I need my packet on urgent basis as i have received just a small confirmation on your site that same packet has been on arrival.

Apart from that i have dail [protected] number 50 number however no one is pick up call from your side.

I am really sorry to say this but this is worst services & experience of mine with your company.
