Dear team
This is to inform you that i have booked one product and the delivery has been provided by your courier service, but same is not received yet. Expected last date of delivery was on 31-jan-2017. After discussed with delhi team they said the product was already delivered as per our records on 25th-jan-2017 but same is not received yet. Then they provide me contact details of local team. After discussion they are not provided me better taste response and said we recived your product and you will collect it from our office. Is this type of services provided by your team or type of your custom for late delivery...?? Please arrange delivery to my given address as soon as possible.
