Hi, We sent a courier from Pune, Magarpatta City on 5th November to Trivandrum, Kerala but today is 18th November and the courier has not yet reached the destination. I have been following up with the Pune office of First Flight since a weeks time but I am not getting a satisfactory answer from them. They promised me that they would call on my cell number and update me about the status but till date I have not received any call in fact I have been calling them 4-5 times a day. Really surprised with such a pathetic service. The documents which were sent in the courier were very important and confidential and needs to reach the destination at the earliest.
