dated 24.06.2016 at 11.00am.


From 25.06.2016 onwards, my friend Mr Venkatesh has been contacting your Mysore

First Flight Office and till time of writing this letter, the abovesaid document

has not been delivered to the consignee.


It has been already seven solid days over, no one in your Mysore Office

was not in a position to locate the document. since the document had to

be submitted to the bank on 27th June 2016 itself. we are facing a

huge loss due to no-timely delivery of the document.
