First Flight Couriers — Documents not recieved

Actually my friend couriered me some very important documents of mine from Lucknow to Noida on 20th september 2014 by first flight courier service with the consignment number J991M1706249, but today is 26th sep and i havn't recieved that documents yet.Please help me out.
