First Flight Couriers — False information and not delivering courier | |||||
I booked my courier at firstflight courier JAMSHEDPUR on 01 Feb 17. During booking they assured that your courier would be delivered by 04 Feb 17 after seeing my delivery address. That courier consists my necessary medicines with my dongle. On 09 Feb when I enquired about my courier from there Chennai hub they told me that your location is not under our service area and refused to deliver my courier. Now I facing problem without my medicines. This is best way to cheat customers. Are they didn't aware during booking about the delivery address or they simply plan to cheat there customers?
