My courier has reached your hyderabad gachibowli office on 20-aug-2018. It has not been delivered yet in my hyberabad kondapur address. I tried calling your gachibowli office 20 times (On mobile nos [protected], [protected]). It was either busy or when it rings no one picked the call. I got these contact numbers from http://www.firstflight.net/regionaloffices.php

Updated by Sivagee First Flight support emailed their Hyderabad office to deliver. Still, the careless, irresponsible people in their Hyderabad Gachibowli center did not delivery it. I followed with multiple emails, yet no response. I called their call center numbers several times. It was either always coming engaged or no one picked up. Finally, two days back they picked my call and informed me that I should contact the Hyderabad Gachibowli office where the courier lies (I already know that it lies in the Gachibowli office from their website). They gave the mobile number of that Gachibowli office [protected] and it is always engaged.
Finally, I searched for their office address and went there physically to get the courier. To my surprise, I found that there are around 100 PAN cards lying without delivery in this one office itself (see the attached picture) ! This is highly irresponsible attitude of First Flight company. I will never use their services.
