First flight failed to deliver a parcel even after 12 days. As per tracking status it reached destination 7 days before but haven't delivered courier.
None of the customer care service numbers are working.
No intimation or status update
Not sure whether my parcel is still exists or lost
Worst service i have ever experienced
Seen worst ratings and lot of negative feedback from so many customers
Government should cancel business licence for this kind of couriers on immediate basis
