[Resolved]  First Flight Couriers — Irresponsibility in delivery the couriers

Respected Sir/ Madam, This is regarding above mentioned subject. My HDFC Credit card was dispatched through your office i.e. FIRST FLIGHT COURIER on 14/08/14 vide docket no. AWB#C991Q1919174 the delivery executive did not deliver the credit card however the same was returned to HDFC due to wrong address. I came to know about this only when I contacted HDFC after waiting for the same. Your executive did not contact me on my contact No which was mentioned on the envelop. I check the status on your website only to know that my credit card was not delivered nor the executive called me. He simply returned the credit card to HDFC. Due to your mistake I have to wait for another 7-15 days for my credit card to be delivered. Hope this time HDFC will not send through you because your service is unprofessional.
