SIR, I HAVE SEND A GIFT TO GUWAHATI ON 19 OF OCT ON THE EVE OF DIPAWALI AND THE DEALER TOLD ME IT WILL REACH BY 21OCT BUT THE ITEM HAVE NOT YET REACHED. THE DEALER WAS NOT GIVING ME THE PROPER INFORMATION ABOUT THE ITEM WHEN IT WILL REACH, WHEN I ASKED HIM ON 22. ON 23OCT HE TOLD ME THEY SEND IT BY ROAD BUT THEY TOLD ME ARLIER IT WILL BE SENT BY AIR. AND SIR TODAY IS 25, BUT AS I AM CHECKING AGAIN AND AGAIN I COULDNT FIND ANY INFRMATION ABOUT IT. SIR PLEASE TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE DEALER SINCE ITS ILLEGAL . HOPE YOU WILL TAKE ACTION AGAINST IT.
