[Resolved] First Flight Couriers — Late Delivery | |||
Sir This is my second notice, is this the way a company like First Flight courier ltd. respond to its customers Now let me be brief I have booked a courier from Siliguri in the First Flight courier (Tracking no. E[protected] ON THE 20TH OF NOV 2015 and the destination being Kolkata. Since it usually takes a maximum of 2 days for any courier company to deliver the consignment from Siliguri to Kolkata, but in this case it has already been 10 days and still the courier has not reached the consignee. When i tried to contact the courier company about the delivery status they are switching off the phone and the regional office phone no. is not working at all. No one is taking the responsibility and they are putting blame on the Regional first flight Kolkata office.
