First Flight Couriers — Late Delivery, unattended customer care phone lines at local and corporate office | |||
A parcel is booked at Lucknow on 30th June for delivery to Koremangala area in Bangalore. Insufficient information on web tracking portal. Later updated to show that parcel is " out for delivery" . Status unchanged for 3 consecutive working days. No telephonic support form customer care in Lucknow or corporate office. Bangalore office customer care putting calls on hold and music for 90% of the time. Finally given information of the last mile franchisee who could not deliver parcel due to under staffing or attrition. Wife had to pick up the important document by self ( She happened to be staying in Bangalore at this time). Later web portal updated with status depicting-"wrong address"! Unacceptable by any standards. First Flight Management must improve efficiency of its customer care department and it's response time. They have lost me as a customer for rest of my life.
