ref : Docket no - M[protected] booked from Sangli ( Samruddhi Industries Ltd) to madanpalle ( Samruddhi Industries Ltd)
1. Fake report made at Madanpalle FF office with company stamp without delivery. ( attached copy for ref. see sr1 given by FF)
2.We had to make lot of follow up with your Booking office at sangli for providing the delivery, but got only Fake report. No details of FF contact persons.
3. We had visited your FF office Madanpalle, but the office was always closed.
4.We could locate your office at Chittur and got the contact details of madanpalle FF.
5. He himself agreed that the docket consignment is with him at office & not delivered.
6. Then We had personally collected the docket.
7. The importance of the docket and the loss of time & money may be well understood by First Flight.
8. We (Samruddhi Industries ltd Sangli) are your customer. We lodge this complaint for poor service / Fake delivery report by First Flight.
