Docket no c[protected] booked from chennai to raigarh on 4th july 2017 is missing. The mumbai co and raipur offices are blaming each other for the issue. As a customer i am at loss where my parcel is. It's not traceable after mumbai and the status says it's in transit. Noone picks up ph calls on the 24 hour customer service no. Such irresponsible behaviour is condemnable especially when the courier company has taken money for the service.
