First Flight Couriers — missing goods on delivery

Address:Pune, Maharashtra, 411018

Have sent a parcel containing sarees and dresses from pune to hanumakonda (Telangana) on the 07th of november. Tracking #m991a0096710. It was delivered on the 16th which is late as per what was promised. However there was a blue colour saree missing from the lot. I have proof (Pic) of the piece being packed in-front of the pick up guy. Request you to resolve the matter.

The parcel reached my delivery address near HUB (Checked in First Flight courier web site) 5 days back but still not delivered. also mailed on same issue but no reply from 2 days.
