First Flight Couriers — no response from the courier service

I had booked a parcel containing cloths on 21st April 2018, from Jammu to Gurgaon by the above named courier. It is now nearly three months but there is no news about the packet. I have written 3 e-mails to their e-mail address but there is no response. The Jammu office also does not give any reply. Their on line tracker is also not accepting my complaint. Please follow up the matter with the courier company and either get me my parcel or settle my claim of Rs.1000.00. Thanking you, yours truly - Nita Jain. Mob. [protected], [protected]

Despatched on 5th July from Bhubaneswar Odisha to srinagar UK, still it has not received and tracking record showing it is in transit.

Please stress out it and confirm the status when it will be received.
