First Flight Couriers — non delivery of documents booked by first flight

I had booked my contract documents to my client at mumbai, and the booking reference number for the same is t991b0381792. It was booked on 11/12/2017, and it is yet to be delivered to the customer. Also the customer care numbers are not reachable. On contacting the head office, it was told that the employees are on strike and hence deliveries might be delayed for a few more days. The contract not reaching on time for me results in a loss of about rs.5000 per day, as i am unable to start my work as result of the same.
