[Resolved] First Flight Couriers — Non-delivery of my consignment | |||||
I am having two of my consignments being shipped by payback.in shipped to me through first flight courier. when i tracked the details, it is showing that the product is in my city since last 3 days but they are not delivering the product to me and the reason they stated is consignee address insufficient. but as per my details in payback.in, the address is more than sufficient to deliver the product to me. as previously on same address more than 20 products delivered hassle free they why not this time. Also no phone call is being entertained from the courier company about my product and the address issue. i came to know about my product status by consignment tracking portal. Consignment awb no.
