First Flight Couriers — non receipt of consignment (awb # b903z1902844)

This has reference to the ffcl awb b903z1902844.

The consignment is not yet delivered to the delivery address, however, ffcl tracking portal shows that the consignment was already delivered on 22nd nov 2017. Appended below the screenshot of the same:

Even after multiple remainder emails, they are unable to either deliver or give reason. Their are neither able provide proof of delivery.
