Dear sir, Reference :e991b1837590 Deep regret i wish to point out that your services are really bad and i will really think in future before continuing with your services.. The consignee to whom the envelope was addressed is a very big company and according to first flight website itis showing customer not found which is beyond any explanation since it is a very big organisation.
