First Flight Couriers — not delivering package to prescribed address and asking for unauthorised amount

My package b903z4661661 was to be delivered to my prescribed address but courier boy called me and was asking me to come and collect my pack from his office. He was even asking for unauthorised amount which is so unethical on part of such courier service. Hoping for you to look into the matter and get my package delivered to the prescribed address asap.
