First Flight Couriers — Not delivering very important document | |||
I am Colonel DP Sinha. I booked an important document for my son Captain Amaresh Sinha via courier in First Flight vide consignment No J991M2721861 from Lucknow to Mundra, Gujrat on 17 Apr 2015. My son has been regularly tracking the courier. Firstly why was it despatched on 19 Apr after a lapse of two days? Secondly, it showed in transit for 6 days- you people were despatching it in a bullock cart. On 7th day ie 24 Apr onwards it has started showing that it has been returned to the originator. I am yet to receive it back. Besides loss of money, it has caused us avoidable harrasment & precious loss of time. Now please let me know as to how do I get my docus back. Whom do I contact. Your IVR etc are hopelessly horrendous. Pl suggest some practical method to get my original document back Was this information helpful? | |||
