First Flight Couriers — Packet not yet delivered

Hi,

I am waiting for a packet which was dispatched on 26th oct from gurgaon (O[protected]) and supposed to reach on 28th oct but it is still showing in transit.
It is 29th oct but no one is able to give update on it. I am really upset this time at your service. Sender has more option to send this packet but i suggested him to choose first flight as it deliver on very 3rd day of dispatch.

These are very important shoe sole and we need to send shoe to our client today only. If i fail to send shoe today, i will have to face dire loss.
Nobody is understanding our situation, i am very disappointed with this service. Neither gurgaon hub nor kanpur hub is able to give update on it.

Please see into this mater urgently.
