First Flight Couriers — pan card not received but status is delivered.

Dear sir,

My pan card is dispatch from nsdl on 16/12/2018 and in tracking site it show deliverd but we cant recived till now. Details as blow:-

Consignment no:- b903z2205996
Booking date:- 20-dec.-2017
Origin:- mumbai
Destination:- rewari
Destination branch:- bhiwadi
Delivery date:- 26-dec.-2017

Sir please help up, its urgent.
