First Flight Couriers — Parcel neither delivered nor returned back | |||||
Hi, I have courier a parcel on[protected] via first flight courier service from one of their partner pandey shop at h-block market, sector 12 noida-201301 (Up). The consignment # w991b2156455. The courier was from noida to shillong. But the parcel was never delivered nor returned back. The worst part is that the parcel is sent in bhubaneswar office instead of shillong as per the latest update i have from the email that is going on with the company. No is responding properly even after repeated emails and calls. Only reply i get from them over call is "tomorrow you will get it back", but tomorrow never comes. Please help me to resolve the issue.
