First Flight Couriers — Poor Customer service and arrogant employee behavior

I have ordered a pair of shoes in Myntra and the item was shipped from Banglore to Kochi on April 23rd 2014. The expected delivery date was 3rd May.But the item was delayed indefinitely.Today 12th May I got a call from the courier office and one Ms. Anu was on the call.She told me to collect the item from there office today itself otherwise they will send it back wit the message Party refused to accept. She also told if I needed she can keep the consignment till next day afternoon and that too at her mercy. If I can wait for nearly 2o days for a consignment to reach from banglore o Kochi then can't the courier guys wait for a day to pick up the item. What a behavior to deal with a customer.
