First Flight Couriers — POOR SERVICE BY FIRST FLIGHT AHMEDNAGAR BRANCH | |||
Dear First Flight We had booked one parcel to be sentfrom Pune to Ahmednagar on 24th April. Courier Booking Number isM[protected] We had given full address of thereceiver along with Near-By LandMark and Mobile Number in case of Contact to bemade. But even after 30th Aprilwhen receiver didn't receive parcel we checked it on your website trackingsystem from which came to know that parcel is pending due to insufficientaddress. Then we tried to contact FirstFlight Office at Ahmednagar, We came to know that actually they know theaddress but they have misplaced parcel somewhere and will call us back assoon as they find it. As we didn't get any reply fromthem till 2nd May we called again. That time we were told that they have foundthe parcel and will be delivered to us till Evening of the 2nd May. But again to our surprise it wasn'tdelivered on that day. As it was Sunday on 3rd May when wecontacted on 4th May to FirstFlight Office, we were told by call attendantshamelessly that we will on our own have to come to their office to collect theparcel. Your Tracking System shows thatparcel was delivered on 02th May but in fact it was delivered on 4thMay. Actully not delivered but collected by us. It shows how poor service is ofFirstFlight. We request you to please take action against the erringpersons. Or otherwise FirstFlight will go on losing business to rivals due topoor and fake service. Was this information helpful? | |||
