First Flight Couriers — Poor service+no response

It is one of worst corrier, i have ever observed so far. Parcel was meant to be delivered on 2/6/2017 and in tool also, it is showing it reached hyderabad on 2/6 BUt till date 2/10, it did not reach me. It contains some urgent important papers I tried to call customer care but there is no response from then They will not pick up phone. Even if they pick phone, they will say that they will call u back in 5 min . But will not cal Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Dear sir,
In Dharwad office, I am not getting home delivery service, if I ask why
They told me, we don't give home delivery service n talking rubbish words to me
They are not fit work in courier service
So close the first flight courier service in Dharwad
