First Flight Couriers — Recipient not received courier | |||
I couriered a box from Chandigarh on 8th August, 2016 to Kolkata using first flight courier, i was informed that the courier would reach the recipient within one week till 17th August, 2016 . But it has been more than 2 weeks now and till yet no courier has been received and even on tracking the shipment it is just giving in transit and dispatched from Chandigarh hub on 9th August . When I tried to call the customer care number given on the slip, the call does not connect. and I am unable to know the whereabouts of my product. Was this information helpful? | |||
