First Flight Couriers — Regarding Consignment Status | |||
Hi, I have purchased a item from ebay.in on[protected] and ebay seller shipped the item on[protected]. He then inform me that the item has been shipped to me and will reach on/before[protected]. However I still not received the item. It look like the item stocked somewhere on your transit office. The ebay seller provide me the courier consignment no and its D991B3458217. I also visited several time to my local firstflight office here at Muzaffarpur ( BIHAR ) and they told me that the item still in Delhi hub and not reach Patna. They didn't even told me the approximate transit time for this consignment. Here are details of consignment : [protected][protected]------- Consignment No : D991B3458217 Booking Date :[protected] Booking Center : Kashmiri Gate, New Delhi Shipping Address : Abhishek Sinha Ram Bagh ChauriWard-46, Holding-1103, Post-Ramna Muzaffarpur BR 842002 India I also attached the screenshot of your web tracking page of current status of consignment with this mail. Please let me know the status and further estimated time for transition of the consignment as soon as possible. It really disappointed me that the courier service provider like FirstFlight did this kind of mistake. I am really shocked.
