Hello Sir, This is to know you about the delay in the courier which has been send from Delhi the last week. In tracking its shows that my parcel is out for delivery on 24th Jan but when today I went to office for enquiry, in office they told me that the parcel haven't reached. I told them to check the consigment no. also but they don't and they said we will call you when we will get the parcel. And this is not the first time I am facing this problem.
