Hi, I am not able to get my parcel on time due to their strike in mumbai. I have to collect my wedding dress so i hope anyone can understand how much this parcel is important for me. I have already visited the koparkhiarane, navi mumbai office to pick and office was closed since 21 feb 2019. And even after calling the worker. I am not getting any update. First Flight Couriers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Feb 26, 2019 Updated by sumitkr246 wedding dress shopkeeper booked a courier from First Flight Courier Ltd, branch chandni chowk new delhi To koparkhairane, Navi mumbai on 16.02.2019, this consignment is not delivered till now 25.05.2019 & nobody is given any status about this. I already 8-10 times mailed to First flight but i am not getting any response from them  | |||||

Consignment dispatched on 12-Feb-2019 by First Flight Couriers Pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no. J[protected]. First flight tracking shows Arrived At Destination on 14th Feb 2019. Item is not delivered till date, 19 Feb 2019.

pathetic service by first flight courier ..me n my wife passport i courier on 8th march 2019 to delhi for my singapore visa work...till date it is not delivered my ticket got wasted for singapore..i had to bear so much loss...nobody is replying ..no phone number is working...really m so fed up with their services atleast they should return the courier to us...its a original passport god damn it... when they will solve this problem really m worried..

My consignment to be delivered at my residence in Mumbai is still not traced. This was booked on 18th Feb 2019. I got to know from trade today that first flight courier is shutting operations. I think we need to take the management of this company for not delivering our parcel - we are suffering financially and emotionally. All efforts to reach out to them were not successful, consumer court seems to be the only solution now. Consignment number was G991Q0933515.
Sir, we had booked a parcel in first flight courier from Abu road to Faridabad on 02.02.19. But till date neither the party has received nor did we get the parcel return. It is a very important device being used to clean the solar reflectors. Please help to get the parcel back.
