First Flight Couriers — rudrapur first flight courier office delivery delay many times

Dear sir,

I am from ehwa diamond india pvt ltd. Our consignment has received (08.08.2018) at your rudrapur office. But still now (12.08.2018) we have not get any material from your side. It's not first time, we have faced many times. Please explain us why happen to delays on every consignments. If any problems, after that we have not send any materials for your courier.

Consignment J991M7546484 not delivered not yet despite assurance by booking office to deliver in three days. Charges are more than double for domestic courier. Please advise status which is also not updated on portal. Email [protected]@gmail.com

No reference number of complaint given. Customer care telephone of Banglore on site is also not responding.
Couriers boy misbehaved to my family and not providing my consignment...
