First Flight Couriers — Threat message by courier guy

M awaiting for a courier from past 1 month for which first flight made false claim of house locked again and again. I even dropped many mails but didnt get the response .Now when i asked them to give my courier else m making a police complaint their courier guy gave me a threatning message.
