I had booked a consignment on 12/09/2014 at Noida and until today couldn’t get the exact status of the consignment even after 6 days.
There is no response through phone (even after trying for the past 2 days – no one is picking the phone[protected]. This sort of response loses the trust of the service provided by your esteemed organization.
Having spoken to Chennai branch just now, they confirmed that still the consignment lies in Delhi zone. It is really embarrassed to know that such a long term service provider in the Indian market couldn’t have a responsible zonal representative to at-least respond the customer’s request.
Even I had tried your another Delhi number[protected] where the ring keeps on going and none to pick the call up from customer care for the past two days.
If you had faced some difficulties, it has to be conveyed to the sender or receiver so that they are aware of the delays (for which the only reason we give both the sender and receiver phone numbers). In such cases, if
not followed, the customer shall be eligible to claim for the delays therein occurred I hope.
