Kind Attn., We booked my parcel via air consignment from Chennai to Bhiwadi. It should be delivered within 36 hours as per your company policy. Even after a numerous follow up your executive Mr. Udai Singh – Bhiwadi branch – [protected] saying that we can’t send vehicle for single consignment even though it was already delayed at your end. Your branch office no is switch off till now. This is a way to approach your customers???? I need proper immediate response at your end or else I escalate this matter legally with proper channel.
