Fixed Deposit — non receipt of maturity amount

I, NANDITA BANERJEE had COMPANY F D with M/S ANSAL PROPERTIES for RS ONE LAKH on[protected] whose maturity amount is due on[protected].Deposit RECEIPT NO. IS DR-90217.So far no amount is received although FD Certificate was deposited in due time.Kindly help me in getting back the due amount NANDITA BANERJEE
