Hi there i have paid £130 for a golf practise mat and i have not received an email or any word about getting my goods even though the money has been took out of bank
I ordered iPad/iPhone charging cables on August 29, 2020. They promised delivery in 25 business days. They provided a tracking number, but it never led anywhere - there is no evidence that the goods are in a delivery system.
After several emails with them, they informed me that the delivery time had been extended to 35 business days. Still nothing.
I finally registered a dispute with my credit card company (MasterCard), and they immediately refunded my money.
I have made it clear to FkCommerce that I will remove my dispute with MasterCard if and when I receive the product. Their only response was that, if I removed the dispute, they would refund 50% of the price as compensation. I refused, because to me, it looks like a scam by them to get at least half of my money without providing the goods.
It is now 86 business days after ordering (4 full calendar months) and I still have not received the goods.
This company also apparears under the name Rocket Commerce.
Advice: if you order from them and do not receive the goods within the prescribed delivery time, request a refund from your credit card company and forget about receiving your good.
