Flaberry.com — I have placed an order but the product is not yet delivered

I have order a flower bouquet on 6th Feb 2022 for the occasion of rose day which falls on 7th Feb 2022. I was told that the order will be delivered but I didn't receive the order and in the evening I got a mail from customer support of flaberry that the order has been delivered successfully but still I didn't received it. I'm so angry with the service of flaberry. There is no contact number where I can call and enquiry about.
